Manhattan Insulation was founded in 2024 with one goal: give homeowners in Manhattan and across Kansas an insulation contractor they could actually trust. Manhattan is a city shaped by Kansas State University, military families from Fort Riley, and neighborhoods that range from older homes near Aggieville to newer subdivisions on the north and west sides. Each of those homes has its own insulation challenges, and we built this company knowing the local housing stock well.
Kansas winters drop below 10 degrees, summers push past 100, and the wind off the Flint Hills does not let up. Homes here need serious air sealing and proper insulation - not a quick patch job. We offer 16 insulation services and serve 12 communities across Kansas because the need is real and we take the work seriously.
